This year, hotels have seen many changes in the way their guests need to be served. The pandemic resulted in fewer family vacations and work trips, and safety precautions had to be implemented for the few guests they were serving.
Just like hotels, Front Desk Supply needed to make some changes to the products we supplied our customers. We wanted to provide an adequate amount of pens, signage, and key cards at an affordable price so that hotels had the ability to sanitize their items without running out. This past year was a challenging time, but we did our best to put our customers first to ensure they felt supported. We’ve gotten some great feedback from our efforts, and we wanted to share it with you.
Affordable Items That Provide a Luxurious Feel
Bask Hotel in Morehead City, NC had to take some time off, but when they were ready to reopen they purchased key sleeves, parking passes, and stickers to place on their breakfast bags from Front Desk Supply. They were thrilled to be provided with items that were “cost-effective and add that extra ‘class’ and detail.” Bask Hotel is the only hotel in downtown Morehead City, so it is important to them that they are able to find supplies that are affordable but offer a luxurious look and feel. Memorable Products That Serve as Guest Souvenirs
Our goal is to create items that will serve as a reminder of the guests’ stay at your hotel, such as customized pens or stationery, that they will take home. For Tides Ocean View Inn and Cottages in Pismo Beach, CA the key cards we provide are their favorite product to catch guests’ attention. We’ve worked with their team to create a bright and colorful key that some of their guests even like to keep for a memory of their stay. Tides Ocean View Inn and Cottages has been working with Front Desk Supply for a few years, and they don’t have to worry about their products getting too low because their representative “jumps into action to fill [their] order.” They find that when they work with Front Desk Supply, everything is “easy and efficient”, and they’re able to get supplies within a couple of days. We’re happy to have such a great relationship with our customers and quickly provide them with supplies when they need it.
