Privacy / Do Not Disturb Hotel Signs
Our most popular sign option is our do not disturb sign and service please sign. Add your own flair to it with themed messages or keep the message the same on both sides of the do not disturb sign if any details at your property have recently changed.
Disposable Menu Door Handle Signs
Our disposable door handle signs are mostly used for menus but you can also use them as regular privacy signs if you need to dispose of them after every use.
Tent Shaped Sign
Tent shaped signs are great options for areas in the bathroom or for on-site dining options to communicate information about bathrobes and towels to beer or wine menus and appetizers.
L Shaped Sign
L shaped signs are most commonly used as reminders to guests about the smoking policy in the room, housekeeping hours, or water conservation efforts at the property. Have something different you need to communicate? Perfect! Just let your account manager know which size you need to get started.

Are your signs hard plastic or are they bendable?
Our signs are bendable. We use over-laminate instead of extruded plastic because extruded plastic snaps when bent. You do have a range in options including: .020, .030, and .040 thickness. .02 is our most cost-effective option and .04 is our thickest and most durable option.
Our guests use privacy signs in their rooms but we need another way to indicate maintenance or housekeeping is in the room. Is that possible?
Yes! We recommend choosing a contrasting color sign compared to the usual privacy signs you are using. This will help your property stay on brand while being noticeable enough to your guests to catch their attention.
Are the signs double or single sided?
It depends on the sign. Our door handle signs are double sided and can have the same message on both sides or different messages on each side. The L-shaped sign and Tent-shaped signs are single sided.
Will the door handle signs fit my door handle?
Most likely, yes. However, we would strongly recommend measuring your door handle and confirming the die cut you want to move forward with before placing the order.
Can I create my own custom die-cut for a sign?
Yes! There will be a one-time die cut fee but you will be able to use that sign for no extra charge after the first run.
What is the standard lead time for signs?
Our standard lead time is 2 week for signs. If you can’t wait for the privacy signs, we have Hot Off the Press signs that will ship the same day or the next day. You can explore our options by clicking here.
