In a world where great experiences are valued, a boutique hotel’s personality can be one of their strongest assets to drive them to the top. Personality creates an emotional connection to guests, making their stay more memorable.
A way to keep your brand’s personality consistent throughout a guest’s experience is with hospitality signage. With creative signs, hotels can turn a guest’s stay into a destination, not just a place to sleep at night.
Our team at Front Desk Supply works with independent and boutique hotels all over the country to design signs that will enhance their guests’ experience from check-in to check-out. With our graphic artists on staff, we can help you create items that will express your brand’s personality and offer their insight from having designed millions of products for other hotels.

Every hotel needs signs, and every hotel needs personality.
These hotels have showcased their unique style while staying consistent with their brand:
Playful Puns
For a lighthearted approach, this hotel decided to create signage that has a play on words. This creative design gives something guests can smile about as they head to their room. It also ties into the hotel’s branding by incorporating historic photos.
Witty Wording
When it comes to signs, each hotel has a unique way to get their information across. This hotel expressed their clever personality through a sign that advises guests to call their front desk for any need. This non-traditional wording catches the eye of guests and creates a memorable experience.

Sophisticated Style
Many boutique hotels express their personality through colors and design. We created this look for The Stella Hotel and Ballroom located in downtown Kenosha, Wisconsin. Their historic, 100-year-old building combines sophistication and contemporary design while staying true to its original early 1900’s details. Through signage, we were able to express the classic, nostalgic feel that they deliver to guests.
Warm and Welcoming
If your boutique hotel is known for feeling like home, extend that feeling past the initial welcome during check-in. Having a sign waiting for guests in their room shows your guests that you care about their comfort. We love this sign because of its friendly messaging. This sign lets guests know that the staff is approachable and heartfelt.

Now more than ever, guests are focusing on the attributes and culture a hotel provides.
From the moment a guest books a room to the moment they check out, hotel signs are an opportunity to convey your unique branding and personality.
